Anja Oest

My name is Anja. I studied Business Administration and worked for 10 years in an American oil company in Europe in a senior position in finance and controlling prior to my career in real estate. I will be glad to assist you in the purchase and financing of properties in Uruguay.

Charles Wright

My name is Charles. I was born in Buenos Aires, and grew up speaking German, English and Spanish as mother tongues. Worked for 22 years in the freight forwarding industry in Europe and worldwide and in 1989 I was sent as a finance director to Argentina and Uruguay. Backed by my experience of the latter country and its people, I decided in 2004 to purchase part of the stock of La Cite Real Estate, a company established in 1982 in Argentina and in 1993 in Uruguay, thereby starting my activities in the international real estate business.

After living in Hamburg for several years together with Anja, we took over full control of La Cite Real Estate in 2006, and moved permanently to Punta del Este.

Both are responsible for English and German speaking clients. We are looking forward hearing from you:

Antonella De Carlo Cabrera

My name is Antonella. I am born in Uruguay, studied information technology and hold a marketing degree in the ORT University in Montevideo. I work in the real estate business in Punta del Este since 2001 and started working with La Cite Real Estate in 2009. I am in charge of rentals and sales for the area between Punta Ballena and the Jose Ignacio.

Donna M. Santistevan

My name is Donna. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master's Degree in Education and Human Resources Studies, Organizational Performance and Change.

I have been a consultant to many leading companies in the United States, where I developed and implemented Change Management .I am currently a consultant who supports her clients to achieve professional and personal goals.

Gerald Wright

My name is Gerald .I´m a leader with extensive experience in global business management who has lived in Argentina, Germany, the United States and Canada.

I speak Spanish, English and German.

I have been a director in private, public and nonprofit entities in the United States and Canada, and also a Stanford University faculty member.

I am President and CEO of my own international consulting firm in Silicon Valley, California.

La Cite Inmobiliaria was established in 1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1993 the company opened its offices in Uruguay and is registered under no. 510 in the Register of the Uruguayan Ministry of Tourism.
